Not so sure bro... the final trailer just came out last week i think at yahoo movies... According to Transformers resources... It is rumored that Optimus Prime is gonna get killed in this movie but i dont know if Michael Bay actually made it up or if its the truth. Previously he said Megatron wont be appearing in this movie but in the end it is. So the answers will be in the movie... So lets look forward to it.
Im a transformers freak... hehe n im dying to see how Devastator come out in this sequel & oh boy that damn bot is soooooo big!!!!

If Optimus were to die it's ok. He'll come back..somehow. Just like the Generation 1 days. And when the autobots are nearly down and out...Rodimus can make his debut. I can just feel this one!!!!!!!

Actually Transformers would be meaningless without Optimus Prime & Megatron. The killing act is just for merchandise just like in the past... Megatron dies n became Galvatron... new body means new toy but im actually alright with that. Hasbro has the habit in changing colors with the same mould & for me that is a waste.
haha i think they killed Optimus Prime so many times in the past... In the generation 1 days he was killed in the infamous movie, brought back in season 2 to become a zombie n get killed again lol. He manages to return at end of the season to fight off the hate plague that infested the whole glaxy. In the armada series there is also one time OP is dead but the minicons manage to ressurect him with the help of the matrix. The new record is Transformers animated in the pilot episode, he died for 7 sec! in that story before sari revive him using her key
Even the comics, Op is like in a suicide frenzy haha i dunno how many times he got killed. I like Hot Rod & Rodimus character but i don't pretty much like his personality. When he is in charge after Op's death, the autobots just simply went out of control due to his leadership. Yeah, he is quite young but in the episode the hardest burden to bear... He simply feels like throwing his leadership away but fortunately a few episodes after Op manage to return from the dead.
Haha tribal... u grow up with Transformers haha back in the 80's? u should listen to Stan Bush present album... He rerecord the famous 'You got the touch' song & its so damn good. Rock at its best! Also another song called 'Till all are one' about the transformers movie.

Haha sort of. Me and my younger uncle kinda watched the original animated movie on VHS. Damn old school. But I'm not really sure where that tape went to. But it's ok, can always resort to online. Haha. Along with M.A.S.K. , Starcom, Visionaries and Bravestar!
